Sr Novice is a competitive program that begins in September and runs until June.    Swimmers train four times per week and can attend approximately six meets per season.     Coach Elaine Thompson implements the program and focus on proper technique before speed.     Swimmers are introduced to some dryland exercises as well as learning how to follow a set written on the board, and pushing themselves past the comfort zone.

Swimmers must commit to a full swimming season.

Practice times:  Mon 5:20-6:30 pm

Wed 5:50-7:00 pm

Thurs 4:20-5:30 pm

Sat 6:20-8:00 am *dryland 6:20-7:00 am, pool 7-8
