Bronze is a competitive program that begins in September and runs until June.    Swimmers train five times per week and can attend approximately twelve meets per season.      This program focuses on developing endurance, speed and technique.       Swimmers are introduced to some dryland exercises, goal setting and  learning how to follow sets as written.

Swimmers must commit to a full swimming season.

Pool Practice times:  Mon 4-5:30 pm, Tues 4-5 pm pool/5-5:30 pm dryland, Thurs 4:30-5:30 pm, Fri 4:00-5:30 pm, Sat 6:15-7 am  dryland/7-8 am pool
