Bronze

The Bronze program is the first step in learning how to train with purpose and transition into competitive racing. Running from September through June, this program requires a full-season commitment and prepares swimmers to handle the structure and demands of higher-level training.

Swimmers in this group swim 5 times per week, supported by 3 dryland practices.

Bronze swimmers are recommended to attend a minimum of 6 meets per year, building on opportunities to gain valuable racing experience.

The focus is on building endurance, developing speed, and refining technique, while also learning how to set goals, follow written sets, and incorporate dryland training to support strength and athletic development.

The Bronze group bridges the gap between skill development and competitive training, giving swimmers the tools, habits, and confidence they need to continue progressing toward higher performance levels.
