Kittens – Non-Competitive
- Three 10-Week Sessions (Fall, Winter & Spring)
- Full Payment with E-Transfer – $975 annually for all three sessions (payment in full due upon registration) plus $100 Promissory payment for tag day and $60.50 Swim Ontario Fee.

- Tag Day – Due with the first payment is a $100 promissory payment (surcharges applied if paid by credit card). Once the swimmer has participated in Tag Day, this payment will be refunded (including surcharge amounts) to the members Powerup Basket to be used for future meet payments, etc.
- If your child chooses not to swim after the first session, notice must be given in writing to the Club at least 2 weeks prior to the next session. A one time admin fee of $35 will be charged to swimmers accounts for early withdrawl from any program.
Jr Novice

Swim Ontario Registration Fees as set by Swim Ontario
- Channel Kittens: non-competitive fee: $60.50 per swimmer for the swim season
- All other levels – competitive fee: $171.68 per swimmer for the swim season
Swim Ontario Fees are non-refundable.
Payment Info
- For families with 3 or more swimmers with the club, there is a 10% reduction for the Registration Fee for one swimmer in the highest-level group. Do not finalize payment when registering 3 or more swimmers. Contact bookkeeper@orilliachannelcats.ca to arrange the 10% discount on the highest registration cost.
- Swim Ontario Registration Fees are Non-Refundable.
- A promissory payment must be made for Tag Day. This amount will be charged upon registering your swimmer. Once your swimmer has participated in Tag Day, the full amount will be reunded to your PowerUp Basket to be used for future meet fees. If you cannot use it in this way, please contact bookkeeper@orilliachannelcats.ca to arrange an alternative refund.
- Volunteer Deposit – New this year, each family is required to pay a Volunteer Fee at time of registration. This amount can be refunded based upon the amount of volunteer hours accumulated during the season. ‐ E-Transfer is only accepted if all fees are paid in full at registration. Please include the name of the swimmer in the message box for the e-transfer - Late payments or non-payments may prevent your child from participating in the club. If you should require an alternative payment schedule that works better for you, please email bookkeeper@orilliachannelcats.ca, and we can look to see how we can help.
- There are several Sport Funding programs that assist families in removing some of the financial barriers that prevent their children from participating in sports. Please ask us for information, and we can help by providing information on the ones that we’re aware of and have dealt with before.
