Long Course meet for swimmers who have made the regional standard.
Brock University, St Catherines June 5-8.
12&U all events will be Timed Finals.
13&O Timed Final events: 400/800/1500FR, 400IM, 50FL, 50BK, 50BR & all relays. All other events will be swum prelims & finals. A Final only for 13, 14, & 15 year olds. 16&O will also run a consolation B final if there are 20 or more entries at the entry deadline with A Finals swum first.
Any 19&O swimmers will have their entries flagged as exhibition and not be eligible for advancement to finals or scoring points for their team.
Swimmers can enter in 8 events maximum.
