Silver
The Silver program is a competitive training group designed for swimmers who are ready to take on more demanding practices and expand their racing experience. Running from September through June, this program requires a full-season commitment.
Swimmers in Silver train six times per week and attend approximately twelve meets throughout the year. Practices introduce more challenging training sets that encourage athletes to push beyond their comfort zones, develop greater endurance and speed, and understand how dedication and commitment lead to improved performance.
Dryland training, goal setting, and learning to follow structured sets are key components of the program, helping swimmers become more accountable and independent in their training.
