For swimmers in Sr Novice and up. Coach Mere will implement the dryland over Zoom, beginning July 13-Aug 21.
All swimmers must have submitted the online Acknowledgement of Risk form (below) in order to participate. Parents must email the completed form to email@example.com as well.

Virtual training times: Gold: Tuesday and Thursday 7-7:40 am
Silver: Tuesday and Thursday 8-8:40 am
Sr Novice and Bronze: Wednesday and Friday 8-8:40 am
If we don’t have your forms, your swimmer will not be able to begin training. The link is below, click Ctrl and the link and it should go right to the form. Parents are required to email the executed form to firstname.lastname@example.org before a swimmer can participate. *this is a new process, and all participants must fill this out online.
Remember to monitor your health, and do not participate if you are not feeling well.
During the dryland training session: Please make sure your swimmers are following the “What to do” list below.
“What to Do During Virtual Dryland”
-be on time!
-make sure you have fueled your body properly prior to the training session (ie: smoothie/banana/toast/cereal)
-be in an open and observable environment
-make sure you have space to move around
-wear appropriate clothing and footwear
-have a water bottle filled and ready so you can hydrate during the training
-be ready to work! This is not time to fool around, you don’t want to cause unnecessary injury to yourself
-think about proper technique when performing the exercises
-keep your audio on mute, participants need to hear Coach without any distractions
